Principal Product Design Specialist

Position Summary:

The Staff Designer role at Chargebee is a pivotal opportunity for someone with 10+ years of experience who’s truly passionate about solving meaningful problems. We're looking for a designer who’s not just skilled, but also deeply curious and is excited to ask the right questions, explore the edges of possibility, and bring thoughtful solutions to life.

At this level, you’ll be leading key design initiatives and navigating complex, cross-functional challenges. Your ability to think end-to-end and shape seamless customer experiences will be critical. We’re seeking someone who can balance product thinking with craft, while also proactively contributing to how we work, collaborate, and evolve as a team.
