Principal Product Designer

We’re working with a highly respected design studio with a strong international reputation for shipping beautifully crafted digital products. They partner with ambitious startups and global organisations on complex, high-impact work where design quality is taken seriously.

The studio is growing its Barcelona team and is looking for a Lead Product Designer to play a key role across strategy, craft, and delivery.

This role is a strong fit if you are:

• Exceptionally strong in visual craft - typography, layout, interaction, polish
• Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and setting design direction
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, 0–1, or evolving problem spaces
• Genuinely interested in agency work : long-running client engagements (6–12 months), cross-office collaboration, and studio culture
