WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Principal Product Designer who can operate comfortably at both strategic and executional levels. You’ve led complex product ecosystems, influenced senior leadership, and helped set the standard for design quality across teams.
You’re able to connect user needs, business goals, and long-term product vision — and translate that into clear direction for designers, product managers, and engineers. Mentorship and design leadership come naturally to you, without losing your love for the craft itself.
WHAT IS IT?
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of a large-scale consumer product, working closely with product leadership and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role with real influence: defining frameworks, raising standards, and ensuring design continues to drive meaningful outcomes for millions of users.
