Principal Product Manager/Strategy

Job Description

The Product Manager will be a member of the development team working on My Oracle Support Applications. The My Oracle Support application portfolio is used by Oracle Customer Support to manage and resolve all customer initiated service requests for Oracle products.

This Product Manager will be working with MOS Integrations and Migrations. The candidate needs to analyze, gather and document business requirements. Write detailed user stories, use cases, data flows, test cases. Work closely with business to understand and document requirements. Work closely with development to make sure the business requirements are converted to mockups and technical details that developer can use to build the system.
