Principal Quality Engineer

Job Description Job Description The Principal Quality Engineer will develop and lead data-driven quality systems that use SPC, measurement analysis, and advanced analytics to proactively detect risks, control variation, and improve reliability across production operations. This role partners closely with design, operations, suppliers, and NPI teams to embed smart-factory practices-such as predictive quality, automation, and digital traceability-ensuring strong product performance and exceptional customer outcomes.
