Role Summary

Looking for Peptide Synthesis Role at Principal Scientist / Assistant Manager level

•Good solid-phase and solution phase peptide synthesis knowledge
• Experience in process development of peptide pharmaceuticals
• Experience in scale-up of processes will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Job Description - API R&D - Peptide Synthesis Role :-

• Peptide synthesis by solid as well as solution phase strategy by using manual and or automated synthesizers, cleavage isolation
• C- and N-terminal modifications, peptide conjugations
• Impurity profiling, synthesis, isolation
• Purification of peptides and impurities
• Writing lab journals, preparing technical documents

Behavioral / Other Skills
• MSc./ (Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
• Experience in peptide derived API's synthesis role.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams are essential.
• The candidate should be self-motivated, go getter attitude.
• Analytical and spectroscopic characterization of peptides

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: MSc.
Required Experience: 5 - 9 years
