Purpose of the Role

At Navitaire, the Principal Scrum Master is accountable for accelerating the flow of value delivery at the Agile team level by embracing and promoting Lean-Agile values and principles. The role facilitates the team and scaled agile ceremonies and serves as the guardian of Scrum/Kanban artifacts; communicates with stakeholders, mentors less experienced colleagues, escalates impediments, helps manage risks, and continuously improves value delivery.

In This Role You’ll

• Establish Scrum in the team (ensuring Scrum events take place, are positive and productive, and are kept within the timebox).
• Handle multiple Scrum teams.
• Possess advanced skills in planning, metrics, and reporting; apply those to support the team's alignment to the three pillars of Scrum (transparency, inspection, ...
