Job Description

● Drive Regional Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Spring Boot, ensuring they meet the rigorous demands of our enterprise customers.

● Translate product requirements into technical specifications for the Mexico-based team.

● Own Full-Stack Integration: While primarily focused on the backend, you will oversee the architectural contract between our Java services and our React/TypeScript frontend to ensure a seamless data flow for complex intelligence visualizations.

● Manage technical feasibility and work distribution for the Mexico engineering cluster, balancing high-priority feature delivery with long-term architectural health.

●Writing core logic, performing deep-dive code reviews, and mentoring senior engineers in the region.

●Work alongside regional QA teams to implement robust testing strategies and lead the development of deep integrations with third-party tools like Jira, GitHub, and Bitbucket.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements:


  • Over 8 years of experience in backend development

  • Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot or complex API orchestration is a plus)

  • Minimum 5 years of responsibility over software architecture

  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Hands-on production experience with complex APIs such as GraphQL

  • Experience working with large‑scale, data‑intensive applications and complex distributed architectures




Nice-to-Have Requirements:


  • Basic knowledge of front-end development with React/TypeScript

  • Experience leading complex architecture design

  • Experience with automation technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes

  • Experience working in a startup or small‑company environment.
