What Does Success Look Like

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a vibrant team of frontend engineers to deliver high-quality products.Tofoster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. 

  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices andmaintaincode quality. 

  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage continual learning within the team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of features.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and coordinate scope with cross-functional peers.

  • Proactivelyidentifyand mitigate cross-team dependencies.

  • Technical Excellence

  • Drive architectural decisions, promote modern best practices, and ensure long-term viability.

  • Guide teams on implementing new frameworks or libraries, ensuring consistent adoption.

  • Architect next-generation frontend applications andmicro-frontends.

  • Performance Optimization

  • Continuouslymonitorand evaluate application performance across various devices and browsers.

  • Profile and debug performance bottlenecks, ensuringoptimalload times.

  • Implement advanced tooling and instrumentation for proactive performance tuning.

  • Outbound Evangelism :

  • Represent the team at conferences and technical meetups, sharing insights and best practices.

  • Write and publish technical blog posts toshowcaseinnovations and thought leadership.

  • Collaborate with marketing to highlight product achievements and engineering stories.

  • What Makes You Qualified 

    Educational Qualifications andExperience: 

  • BE/BTech degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on web technologiesfocusing onReact.

  • Technical Skills: 

  • Hands-on experience architectingmicrofrontend frameworksusingWebpack Module Federation and distributed runtime composition.

  • ProvenexpertiseinReact 18andNext.js — Pages and App Router, including SSR, hydration, server components, and edge rendering flows.

  • Strong command over modern JavaScript and TypeScript for building robust, type-safe applications.

  • Expert-level knowledge ofbundler tooling (Webpack, Vite, Rollup,Turbopack) with proven ability to designoptimized build pipelines, performbundle analysis, and managecross-app dependencies.

  • Deep understanding ofCDN configurations , caching strategies, and cloud deploymentsto ensure fast, resilient delivery of frontend applications.

  • Practical experience withCI/CD automation(GitHub Actions, Jenkins,CircleCI) to enable continuous testing and delivery pipelines for distributed teams.

  • Proficient incontainerization and cloud platforms(Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalable frontend deployments and environment reproducibility.

  • Familiar withmonitoring and observability tools(Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) to track frontend health metrics and drive data-backed performance improvements.

  • Capable of writing and publishingtechnical blog posts, RFCs, and architectural guidesto influence at organization scale and mentor senior engineers.

  • Soft Skills: 

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities. 

  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • PastExperiencespeaking at conferences, contributing to open-source projects, or writing technical content.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
