The Prime Video Experience & Technology (PVXT) team is the technical backbone of Amazon Prime Video's global streaming service, powering the delivery of movies, TV shows, live sports, and linear content with or without video ads across thousands of device types and many platforms. It manages the core infrastructure that enables customers to discover/search content, stream, download, and access both VOD and live content, including, exclusive sports rights and channel subscriptions like Paramount+ and NBA League Pass. It drives innovation across signal acquisition, video encoding and playback, client experiences, availability, video delivery through internet, scaling technologies, DevOps tooling, content protection, privacy and anti-piracy/fraud. With hundreds of engineers worldwide, it is responsible for the product definition, development, and operations that ensure seamless storefront and streaming experiences for hundreds of millions of customers...
