The Airline Product eXpertise group (APX) leverages deep industry knowledge to solve complex customer challenges. In the Americas, we work closely with R&D, business, and commercial stakeholders, including CSMs, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and senior leaders across the organization, as well as leading airlines.
Summary of the role:
As solution architects, we are in charge of designing, describing, and communicating the technical vision for a particular solution. Our main duties are:
- Analyze the problem: Contributing by clarifying customer requirements, understanding Amadeus architecture, identifying the stakeholders, analyzing the requirements, and extracting those of architectural significance.
