Established in early 2025 to meet high customer demand in CX/UI improvement. Team members will build and scale a growth-focused organization influencing Dynatrace's 5000+ customer base. Requires technical experience in front-end or UI engineering and ability to drive sales opportunities as a specialist member of the core account team.

Role

As a Dynatrace Digital Experience Monitoring - Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Provide excellent technical support to customers evaluating Dynatrace’s solutions.
  • Discover new opportunities for DEM utilization within existing accounts, increasing consumption by partnering with sales teams.
  • Build scalable content for internal and external use, growing personal and company thought leadership.
  • Leverage customer feedback to influence product feature creation.
