Participate to the evolution of COMPaaS by

Coordinating, with the inherent experts, the integration and update of documentation of the Engineering Community topics to ensure the availability of up-to-date engineering practices in COMPaaS

Listening to our customers, users or contributors

Prioritising in team the necessary actions and taking part of their implementation

Performing the monitoring and control of the adoption of COMPaaS

Taking part in communication activities, engaging all the Engineering Community across sites and organisations

Participating in the maintenance of the platform

Keeping existing content up to date

Participate in Knowledge Management (KM), aiming at improving knowledge sharing and learning within the company, by

Actively contributing to the prioritisation and implementation of initiatives identified in previous studies and programs (Its About US, Shift 3,...),

Being a force for bringing forward new and innovative proposals, looking at other companies best practices and considering company s constraints

Mobilising stakeholders and engage them in the changes

- Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level. Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists.
