Principal Streaming Analytics Engineer at BairesDev
We are seeking a Principal Streaming Analytics Engineer with deep expertise in real-time analytics, stream processing frameworks, event correlation, and windowing functions. The technology stack includes popular open source streaming platforms - Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Storm, and related real-time processing technologies. Thus, there is ample scope for collaboration and contribution to open source. The ideal candidate will lead the design and optimization of high-performance streaming analytics systems, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineering teams while delivering cutting-edge solutions for complex real-time data processing challenges.
What You'll Do- Contribute actively to streaming analytics and related open source projects as a core contributor.
- Design and optimize real-time analytics systems for high-throughput data processing.
- Architect advanced stream processing frameworks to handle complex continuous data flows.
- Lead event correlation initiatives to identify sophisticated patterns in real-time data streams.
- Drive windowing function development for complex time-based data aggregations.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across projects.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in real-time analytics and streaming data processing systems.
- Deep understanding of advanced stream processing frameworks and event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency in complex event correlation techniques and pattern recognition.
- Proven experience with windowing functions and large-scale time-based data processing.
- Core contributions to Apache open source projects (Kafka, Flink, Storm, Spark, or similar).
- Advanced level of English.
