Recorded Future is seeking an experienced Principal Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role you will act as the strategic architect and hands-on implementer for Gainsight within our Customer Success organization. You’ll design scalable, customer-centric workflows, align Gainsight with Salesforce, integrate project tools like JIRA, and leverage AI technologies to enhance outcomes—while operating within a structured release process.
