Principal Systems Architect

Overview

Your job is to scrutinize every system in the company .

You will:

• identify waste and unnecessary complexity
• strip out what does not work
• optimize what does
• redesign systems so they run correctly without decision-making

We are looking for someone with strong first-principles thinking who is confident they can systematize any problem .

If a system requires people to think, decide, or interpret, it is broken.

Engineer the company into a deterministic machine .

That means:

• no ambiguity
• no judgment
• no discretionary decisions by team members
• systems that run correctly without intelligence

If people are still “figuring things out,” the system has failed.
