Principal Systems & Service Delivery Lead (Apple Ecosystem)

Overview

The Principal Lead is a senior-level technical and managerial role responsible for the end-to-end service delivery, architectural governance, and operational integrity of the Apple ecosystem. This role shifts focus from tactical support to high-level service value streams , ensuring that specialized hardware/software deployments (e.g., Project TOW) align with the 99.9% Revenue Availability mandate and global service standards.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Value Stream Ownership: Lead the delivery of IT services across the Apple ecosystem, ensuring compliance with strict SLAs and KPIs inherited from global-grade managed services frameworks.
