**Job Summary**

Responsible for leading the strategic planning, design and implementation of talent programs that shape how we define, identify and select top talent. This role focuses on building and optimizing tools and frameworks that enable effective internal and external talent selection decisions and support a high-performance culture across the organization.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Leads design and strategy work for talent management projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Talent Management Consultants, Principal of Talent Management Delivery, HR Business Partners, etc. to ensure best-in-class, efficient and value-add program development and implementation.
+ Makes recommendations to update and improve current strategies in the development of talent programs.
+ Researches and benchmarks best practices in Talent Management and recommends solutions that support Company business needs and culture.
