We’re hiring a Technical Talent Scout who hunts exceptional engineers - not someone who waits for applicants to appear. This isn’t traditional recruiting. You’ll be embedded with engineering leadership, deeply understand what we’re building, and run proactive search strategies to attract senior technical talent in a competitive market.
