Principal Technical Architect, Keystone

Job Summary
The Principal Technical Architect will be a subject matter technical expert across Keystone solutions and use cases. This role is key to enabling field and partner sales on STaaS buying decisions through confident presentation of how Keystone will solve business and technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Position NetApp Keystone as the leader with STaaS solutions
- Increase the velocity of existing pipeline
- Focus on customer top initiatives, drive to business-critical application, cloud and STaaS centric customer objectives
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the partner program, ensuring effective design and implementation
- Cater to diverse partner types and GTM strategies, ensuring alignment with overall partner goals
- Keep informed on industry trends, competitive partner programs to serve as a subject matter expert
- Gather and integrate partner and field feedback to refine the program
- Coordinate with various teams to provide necessary support infrastructure, including tools, systems, policies, processes, and resources
- Craft and communicate compelling value propositions, maintaining consistent messaging across program materials for all stakeholders
- Align with cross functions to define launch criteria, support planning, and provide regular program updates
- Monitor and analyze program performance, seeking opportunities for ongoing optimization
- Support the development and facilitation of partner and strategic investment in regional programs
Qualifications
- Understand the impact of on-prem and cloud/STaaS architectures in the design and implementation of Keystone supported workloads, including Enterprise Apps, Vertical Solutions, Cyber/Data Protection, AI, Data Infrastructure
- Have working knowledge of Microservices, Converged Infrastructure, Cloud & STaaS Services, and Automation
- Ability to influence customers and partners on NetApp specific value at a detailed technical level
- Analytical skills and ability to understand customer needs and design solutions that deliver value
- Support the SE community in executing opportunity technical win plans with Keystone solutions
