Microsoft Specialized Clouds (MSC) team. MSC builds and operates secure, compliant, and mission-aligned cloud capabilities for regulated and high-assurance environments — including specialized commercial sectors, governments and Defense Industrial Base (DIB). As our ecosystem expands, strong, strategic partner relationships are essential to delivering durable, compliant, and innovative solutions.
We are hiring a **Principal Technical Program Manager** to own MSC’s end-to-end partner engagements across commercial OEMs and DIB partners. You will coordinate deeply with these partners, MSC Engineering, Business Development, CELA, and cross-company teams to ensure partnerships are healthy, productive, aligned with Microsoft strategy, and operationally unblocked. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in the Technical Advisory Office directly supporting the President of the MSC organization.
