Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Staff or Principal Thermal Engineer (Director level) to join our Test Cell Solutions (TCS) team. This role will focus on developing and implementing cutting-edge thermal test solutions for semiconductor devices. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced thermal test solutions for semiconductor devices across various test insertions or markets.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and performance.
Analyze and interpret test data to drive continuous improvements in test methodologies.
Support product validation, characterization, and qualification activities.
Provide technical mentorship to other engineers and collaborate in cross-functional problem-solving teams.
