•  Attractive Salary package and well-structured annual performance and salary review$140,000 – $160,000 per annum + other benefits, negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience.

An leadership opportunity has arisen for a seasoned town planner to step into a pivotal Principal-level role with a respected planning consultancy in South Australia.

With offices across multiple states and a strong client portfolio across both the public and private sector, they’re positioned for growth and are going through a period of transformation and refreshment. An exciting time to join the charge!

This is a unique chance to lead complex, high-value planning projects – from land use planning, master planning, strategic/policy planning to development advisory and approvals  – while operating autonomously as a trusted advisor and project lead.

In this leadership role, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of complex, major-value strategic planning and development approvals—as a project and client manager, working with autonomy.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice.
• Act as a growth catalyst—spotting business opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and support a talented team—guiding development, overseeing resource allocation, coaching performance, and delegating effectively.
