Principal / Senior-Staff Engineer (Fully Remote from Germany)

I’m supporting a global tech company that’s going through an exciting transformation and is looking for a high-impact Principal / Senior-Staff Engineer. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with significant influence across teams and leadership, directly reporting into the CTO.


The role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise, system design, and collaborative leadership, shaping the direction of complex projects without direct people management.
