Principle Software Engineer-Sustaining

This role is responsible for developing production-quality software for HPE customers, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with architects and customers across distributed teams. The position emphasizes high-quality software delivery, AI/HPC expertise, and agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce production-quality software that will be delivered to customers.
• Mentor, educate, and guide junior engineers.
• Document software, create plans, and produce time estimates and schedules for assigned work.
• Work with external customers and senior HPE architects to understand technical needs and direction.
• Operate across geographic boundaries in a distributed software engineering environment.
• Write, integrate, and deliver software, software demonstrations, and software integrations.
