Curriculum And Content:
  • Design, develop, and maintain role‐based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools.
  • Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes.
  • Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Training Environment (MST):
  • Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles.
  • Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams.
    • Delivery And Facilitation:
  • Co‐facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands‐on exercises.
