Local customers can pick up orders, check and feel printed samples before ordering, or simply chat with one of our Print and Customer Specialists in-person or online. We are looking for an energetic, positive Print & Customer Specialist who is well experienced in print, and has excellent customer service skills. You are an excellent communicator, organized, and have a high attention to detail. Your self-motivation and drive allows you to excel in optimizing customer service provision by understanding performance targets and utilizing CRM software advantages.

As a Print & Customer Specialist, your main responsibilities are to assist customers via phone, email, and online chat; as well as help out at our reception area when needed. You will use your print knowledge to help prospective customers put their concept to print. In short - you are a passionate print advocate and expert in our product line.

The perfect candidate thrives on being a people person. You are high-spirited, fast-learning, detail oriented.

It is mandatory that you have experience in the printing/graphic communications industry. Having a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs is an asset (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Other requirements are:

• Post-secondary education
• 3+ year in a customer service position - e.g. call centre, e-commerce, or retail
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• 1+ year experience in graphic communications or print-related industry
• Upto $48,000 per year

The hired applicant will start working on a full-time basis immediately. Working hours are Sunday-Thursday with variations of 10AM-6PM/11AM-7PM/12:30PM-8:30PM. Training shifts will be Mon-Fri 9:30 am to 5:30 PM (Richmond Head Office)
