We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer with a strong print background to join our team at one of the UK's most advanced packaging facilities. This isn't a trainee role, it's for someone who knows the print process inside out and is ready to take ownership of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend time on the shop floor, working closely with operators and even joining shifts to fully immerse yourself in the process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating and resolving print defects to maintain world-class standards
  • Collaborating with customers on print-related queries and technical support
  • Supporting the print team across all stages: big press operations, make-ready, production efficiency, and quality control
