WBM Technologies is excited to be expanding our Print Solutions team as we continue driving growth across the Saskatchewan market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, and continuing the growth, of an already strong client base in Southern Saskatchewan. This territory has seen double digit growth and is poised for continued impressive growth in the years ahead as WBM.
Specializing in large MFP, copier, and print portfolios, this role is ideal for passionate sales and technology professionals who thrive in a competitive environment and want to help clients achieve world-class outcomes.
Experience in analyzing and optimizing managed print, or other technology, infrastructure is an asset but not required. We value individuals with a passion for learning about their clients, understanding where we can add value and who possess a genuine curiosity for how they can help.

What you’ll do
As a Print Solutions Sales Specialist, you will:
- Own the print optimization conversation with Saskatchewan businesses, discovering new revenue opportunities through workflow, cost-reduction, and fleet optimization insights.
- Develop proposals and optimization plans tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with, and support, our Strategic Account Management team in growing and fortifying our Managed Print portfolio.
- Provide analysis and technical expertise in print and copy disciplines, implementing WBM best practices at client sites.
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, including cold calls and warm leads.
- Work closely with the sales manager to understand client needs, tailor solutions that drive industry-leading outcomes, and maximize territory performance
- You’ll join a tight-knit sales organization with weekly pipeline coaching, manufacturer-certified training, and a supportive team that celebrates wins and shares best practices across the region.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales market
- Customer-first mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to understand client needs and create impactful proposals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Passion for technology and its impact on business outcomes
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Previous copier sales experience is an asset, but we will train the right sales-driven self-starter
