PCB Design EngineerThe Mission

You will be responsible for the physical architecture of our hardware. Your role is to design, layout, and validate Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) that range from high-speed digital controllers for robotics to high-voltage power distribution boards for BESS and Energy Management Systems. You will ensure that our hardware is robust enough to handle industrial environments while being optimized for high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • PCB Layout & Routing: Design multi-layer PCBs (from 2 to 8+ layers) using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, or Allegro).
  • High-Power Design: Implement board layouts capable of handling high current and high voltage, focusing on thermal management, busbar integration, and copper weight selection.
