This market leading Printed Folded Carton manufacturer in the Beverage, Convenience and Consumer Products sectors, seeks an experienced Print & Pre-Press Manager managing the Print operations in the North East.

Key Skills:

Quality – ensuring that the business works to the highest standards in print and meets customer’s expectations at all times.

Cost – ensuring maximum run speeds in line with quality standards, drive through productivity improvements in make readies & down time and raise/chase purchase orders.

Delivery – liaise with production planner to ensure running sequences to gain maximum efficiencies, update planning boards and ensure resources are available to meet plan.

Health & Safety/hygiene/housekeeping – ensure all maintenance is carried out and logged, correct PPE worn at all times, accidents/incidents are investigated and reported thoroughly and stringent housekeeping and hygiene standards are being maintained in accordance with BRC standards. People – complete overtime, absence and timekeeping records, shift reports and maintain skill & competency matrices, conduct return to work interviews and ensure resources available to cover production/shift requirements
