Printer Technician

General Summary: We are seeking a Printer Field Technician to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on expertise in printer service and repair with field installation and customer support responsibilities. You will be deployed to customer and retail partner locations across your region to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain wide format printers, stationery printers, dry inkjet mini labs, and simplex printers, dye-sublimation equipment, and related photo center technologies, as well as support infrastructure and equipment installations. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at troubleshooting under pressure, providing exceptional customer service, and managing field assignments independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
