Printing Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly experienced Printing Leader with strong expertise in offset printing operations and excellent color accuracy skills to join our dynamic team

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily offset printing operations using Ryobi / RMGT machines.
• Ensure all printing output meets company standards and customer quality requirements.
• Oversee machine setup, color matching, registration, and overall print consistency.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines and delivery targets.
• Train, guide, and monitor printing operators to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot machine, color, and printing-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
