Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology or any related field.
  • With extensive experience in managing end to end printing production streamlining workflows, optimizing machine utilization, ensuring quality compliance, and leading multi-disciplinary teams in leading to achieve operational excellence and cost efficient output.
  • Ability to develop and implement plant-wide operational strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Willing to be assigned in Marikina City
