**Printing Plate Maker (Flexographic)**
Phoenix, AZ | $21–$22/hr | Full-Time | Direct Hire
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Printing Plate Maker to support flexographic printing operations. Previous experience with flexographic platemaking would be considered valuable but not mandatory.

**What You’ll Do**
+ Produce high-quality flexographic printing plates from job orders
+ Inspect plates to ensure accuracy and quality standards
+ Cut and package plates for delivery
+ Monitor equipment and report any issues immediately
+ Track time and materials accurately
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area
+ Support quality checks and other assigned tasks
