Job Title: Printing Press Operator

Location: 12 South St, Townsend, MA 01469

Pay: $21/hr (W2, weekly pay) + Medical, Dental, Vision

Contract: 3 Months

Shift: Third Shift (Sun–Thu, 11 PM–7 AM) — Training may occur on 1st shift

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Printing Press Operator to run and set up multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed web presses. Must ensure high-quality output, follow job specs, and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual press setup/changeovers


• Load correct stock, set paper path, mount plates, mix PMS inks


• Ensure color matching, ink/water balance, and accurate registration


• Complete routine preventative maintenance


• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust equipment as needed
