You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.</div> <div><br /> <b>Key Responsibilities;</b><br /> 1. Provide outstanding client experiences. <br /> 2. Organise, follow-up leads, complete and record appointments, and close customer requests.<br /> 3. Support our clients to meet their financial needs as they progress through their careers and life stages. <br /> 4. Build relationships for the long-term and understand clients' financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth, with appropriate investment solutions. <br /> 5. Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns.</div> <div><br /> <b>Skills and Experience:</b><br /> 1. 5-10 years of Banking knowledge and sales experience.<br /> 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.<br /> 3. Ability to learn new products and services quickly.<br /> 4. Market awareness and benchmarking.<br /> 5. Management information.<br /> 6. Work in a flexible and agile way.<br /> 7. Courageous, creative, responsive, and trustworthy.<br /> 8. Thrives in an international environment.<br /> 9. Enjoys being in a team, engaging with co-workers.<br /> 10. Motivated self-starter, identifying opportunities.<br /> 11.
