Responsibilities
:
Provide legal advice and guidance on privacy and data protection matters for our businesses across the United States, including compliance with applicable federal and state laws and sectoral frameworks such as HIPAA. Work closely with others in the PRINGO team to develop and implement privacy policies and procedures including on emerging topics like Artificial Intelligence Governance. Provide first-line legal support on incident escalations, corporate contracting matters worldwide, vendor privacy risk assessments, and data protection impact assessments. Participate in the privacy workstreams on transactional due diligence matters requiring review of responsive materials and assessment of privacy risks.
