Job Description

Your Responsibilities
Assist an international team (5 CRMs) in their daily business, including:
Daily management and monitoring of the client's accounts: fiduciary deposits, overdraft, payment support, e-banking access, credit cards support
Execution of client's orders (equity, bonds, FX), funds subscription
Client's communication and reporting (account statements, performance, order and payment confirmation)
Discretionary mandate implementation and monitoring
KYC periodic review, forms renewal and CRM's support with internal departments (central file, compliance, etc.) in particular for high risk clients
Prepare and follow-up internally on the accounts opening journey (individual, corporate, complex structures)
Participate in the marketing effort and follow-up of investment solutions and product ideas in support of CRMs (SPS, trading, Edge Lab, etc.)
Your Profile
University degree in Finance
