Providing quality advice on payment methods, savings solutions, basic insurance, and investment. Proposing tailored solutions to meet the client's needs while considering their personal circumstances and within the specific product offering for the basic segment. Welcoming clients within the agency, identifying their potential for development, providing information, and directing them to specialists. Actively collaborating on market prospecting measures specific to each target group, particularly during contact campaigns.
