    • This is a great opportunity for a Private Client solicitor to join a well-established firm in Staffordshire with a growing Private Client department and a real focus on internal progression.


    In your first six months, you’ll build a solid caseload, meet initial fee-earning targets, and develop strong client relationships. By 12 months, you’ll be confidently handling a full range of Private Client matters, consistently hitting annual targets and contributing to improvements across the team. Longer term, there’s scope to become a trusted advisor for higher-value clients, support the development of junior team members, and help grow the department organically.
