Private Equity Associate

The Private Equity Associate serves as the analytical and operational engine behind a high-growth CEO's personal wealth strategy and investment platform. This role blends private equity, small business acquisition, real-estate underwriting, financial operations, and tax-aware strategic planning. The Associate will evaluate deals, manage diligence, build financial models, monitor multi-entity performance, and help structure a cohesive, scalable investment system for the CEO's growing portfolio. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role for a sharp, resourceful operator who can bring clarity, analytical depth, and financial rigor to a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
