Private Equity Associate

BID Capital is a Venture and Growth Capital fund seeking to invest in early-growth and growth-stage companies in several industries throughout Mexico, Canada, USA, Spain, and the UK. The Investment Associate will be a key member of a small investment team based in Mexico City. The selected individual will be responsible for generating private company acquisition opportunities, structuring and negotiating equity transactions, investor relations, and performing initial reviews of potential investments. This high-profile position is integral to the success of the fund; the candidate must understand and demonstrate knowledge and apply investment concepts and principles to a broad spectrum of industries.
