We are seeking experienced Private Equity Experts based in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe, or Australia to collaborate on a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong private equity background who are interested in contributing to cutting-edge financial and investment research in a flexible, high-impact environment.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a great fit if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience working in private equity at top firms.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Financial modeling
• Market sizing / TAM analysis
• Investment research, summaries, and memos
• CIM creation and due diligence
• NDA / legal document processing
• Deal sourcing

Role Details

• Engagement Type: Fully asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
• Commitment: Minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Duration: Initial 4-week engagement starting in October, with potential for extension or participation in future projects.
• Performance: Strong contributors will be prioritized for upcoming opportunities.

Compensation and Terms

• Pay Rate: $130 per hour, with potential increases for exceptional performance.
• Payment Schedule: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, based on logged hours.
• Contract Type: Independent at-will contractor arrangement.
