* M/W 7:30a-4:30p; Tu/Th 10a-7p; F 7:30a-11:30a, staggered 60 min lunch

* ages 3+ 

 Employee Health/Family outpatient setting

·EMR: Athena

REQUIRED: 

· Active OH license

· Certifications- BLS or ACLS

· 2 years of NP experience in primary care
