PRN Physical Therapist

Ridgewood Manor, a Skilled Nursing Facility in Maumee, Ohio is actively seeking Caring and Compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in house therapy family. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Screening patients


• Performing evaluations, progress notes, recertification’s, and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans


• Documenting progress toward identified objectives


• Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistant(s)


• Conduct quarterly screen and / or evaluations on long term care residents


• Developing and implementing new programs/techniques ...
