Key Responsibilities:



  • Sourcing and engaging top technical talent across Mexico and Latin America for nearshore delivery projects

  • Developing and maintaining long-term candidate pipelines aligned to common roles

  • Owning full-cycle recruiting when roles open – from screening through interview coordination and offers

  • Maintaining in-person connections across Mexico by partnering with local organizations, universities, and tech education programs to create consistent repeatable talent flow
