Overview
The Proactive Value Chain Administrator (PVCA) is responsible for on‑time processing of proactive purchase order requests (PORs). The goal is to make sure that proactive spares are purchased strategically in a cost‑efficient manner. The client and supplier locations are not only in the Philippines but are located across different countries around the world. PVCAs are also expected to perform other administrative tasks such as data encoding, documentation, etc.
Primary Workflow
- Cost efficient & on time processing of Proactive Purchase Order Request (PPOR):
- Quoting / pricing, negotiating, evaluating & selecting recommended supplier.
- Seeking approval from executive team by sending complete information with recommendations.
- Ordering, processing of required documents & tracking of shipment.
- Invoicing reconciliation and settlement.
- Daily reports of current open (Purchase Order Requests) POR....
