This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality estate administration services while supporting clients through what is often a very difficult time.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on all aspects of estate administration, including intestacy, inheritance tax, and asset distribution.
• Preparing and submitting probate documentation and liaising with HMCTS, financial institutions, valuers, and beneficiaries.
