We're seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Fee Earner or STEP-qualified practitioner confident in handling complex probate, trusts and estate planning matters. You'll manage your own files, work autonomously, and support junior team members as the department expands.
What you'll be doing:- Running your own varied caseload of probate and estate administration
- Drafting Wills, LPAs, trusts and tax-efficient planning documents
- Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
